Our travellers’ experiences

quotations-ALE-testimonials

My family and I have been the beneficiaries of Steve’s “fantastic-ness” during two trips to Costa Rica. (In fact, we decided to return to Costa Rica BECAUSE of the unbelievable time we had with Steve in 2007). We are a fairly adventurous family with two grade school girls…a dad with a passion for Spanish and Surfing…and a mom who doesn’t mind some quiet time with a book. With Steve’s guidance, our family excursions have delivered on all fronts. We had a zipline adventure that we’ll remember forever, followed by drinks and snacks at this frozen-in-time “pub in the jungle” that only Steve would know about. Every detail was thought of and handled. We dined at exceptional restaurants. We were guided to the best local surf spots and shops. We got to know Steve’s friends and neighbors, so we really felt like we had an experience (vs. staying in a resort that could be anywhere).

Everything was handled with confidence and good cheer. I can’t recommend Steve enough.
